Gary is a long time Winnipegger, born and raised in West Kildonan. Gary's first endeavour was briefly managing Winnipeg's infamous rock group "Bachman, Turner Overdrive", his brother being Randy Bachman. Gary then made the decision to try his hand at selling real estate, he began his real estate career in 1976 and in his very first year was 3rd in Sales for Winnipeg Realtors and placed 1st for the next 4 consecutive years. Gary has been very successful right from the start and he has never looked back.

Gary formed his own independent real estate company in 1981, it was known as Bachman & Associates and he is proud to announce that since it's inception, Bachman & Associates has grown to 48 sales associates, 30 of whom have been with the company for more than 5 years and 6 of whom have been with Bachman & Associates since it's inception. This is certainly a testament to a strong and stable company, especially in an industry known for its high agent turn over. Our office is located at 360 McMillan Avenue, which is close to "Crazy Corner". On January 23, 1997, Bachman & Associates increased their services by joining the largest Real Estate organization in the world….…the Century 21 System®.
